New project in Brittany!

The mixed development building B8 will be the first site on construction, and the highest of the wider urban development zone ViaSilva led by D&A urban planners. It will face the new metro station, extension of the nearby City of Rennes' transport's network. The ground floor will animate the public space with retail and sport programs, as well as restaurants. On the first floor, a shared garden as well as a shared space between housing units and offices will allow people to meet more easily. Housing units are both apartments for young workers and flatsharing, with wide outdoor spaces. The massing offers a transition between the surrounding infrastructures and building's variety of heights.
